Noticeably larger than the part that came off. Perhaps the part removed was the one that was recalled. I did the repairs myself and also changed the inverter coolant during the process as the vehicle had approx. 107k miles on it and was/is due for certain routine maint. I did not change the coolant diverter valve which in retrospect I maybe should have done, and once I get my truck running I will consider doing as part of a spring break routine renewal maintenance package I'm doing w/ the Prius. I have put 2k miles on the car since conducting this repair and the pump works great. It should be running anytime the car is in "ready" mode TMK. I watched a ton of videos about how to do this job, and the only thing I would add is that I removed one of the brackets to the inverter which no one seemed to do in any of the videos. That provided a little extra wiggle room and clearance. Also the bracket as I recall is impossible to remove from the body of the vehicle w/o doing a lot of extra work i.e. removing a inverter/motor mount (some kind of serious mount). So, I just removed the silver bracket and re-used the existing bracket that was already in-place. Will update as time goes on.
